Bama gets their 3 and out.

Wow. Bama 12 men on the field on 4th down.

Down goes Alabama!!!Down goes Alabama!!!

Holy shit I’m exhausted

Gonna watch Colorado - Utah and see what all the hype is about.

Blowout watch: LSU already up 14-0 on A&M.

Thru 3 possessions Colorado D line is shredding Utah O line.

Colorado playing with much more urgency.

TD Colorado.

Utah pulling away now. 38 - 15 in the 4th Q.

Its hard to get a read on them because I don’t think Colorado is very good. And I readily admit that my sample size is 3/4 of a game at this point. So its possible there is a better Utes team that didn’t show up tonight.

But the Buffs dominated action for the entire first Q, especially on the LOS. If the Utes O line plays like it did in the first Q tonight against Clemson’s front seven, the score at the end of the 1st Q will be 28-0 and they better bring 7 or 8 QBs to the playoff game. Because there be monsters in those orange and purple seas.

Utah’s offense hasn’t been very dynamic for most of the game against a defense in the bottom third of yards and points given up per game.

The score is going to look like a blowout, but I dont see a team that will challenge the big 3. If Utah is #4, whoever is #1 is essentially getting a BYE.

I’m not advocating for a two loss team making the playoff, but Alabama and Auburn both would have hung 60 on Colorado.

Not a lot of fans at this game.

Just got home. Cal is just trying to get to a better Bowl Game so Garbers can get some experience on a larger stage.

I have to wonder what would have happened, had Garbers not gotten himself hurt against ASU (?). They were undefeated up until then. By no means a playoff team, but maybe they would have finished in the top 20.

Georgia-LSU is a play-in game. Loser ends up ranked 5th, with a New Year’s Bowl Game as a consolation prize.

I would give the other three slots to Ohio State, Clemson, and Utah, unless one of those teams effs up their respective conference championship game. In that case, the winner of the Oklahoma-Baylor rematch should get the fourth playoff spot.

You are skewing your estimates based on a rivalry game.

I said in my post that it was a sample size of one game. I just didn’t see last night a team that was a threat to any of the big 3. Sure upsets happen. But ill be pretty surprised if Utah hangs with who ever is the #1 seed.

They have to get by Oregon first.

One thing the Pac-12 knows how to do is beat each other up, year in and year out.

By contrast, until this year, “SEC” = “Saban Eating Cupcakes.”

OSU and LSU are locked in. Oklahoma the current 4 seed.

I would put Baylor ahead of Florida, but this is fair enough.

I hate Ohio State, I really do because they hired that scum Myers but man I loved watching that game this weekend.

I didn’t break out my Michigan jacket or jersey for this game, I kind of like Ryan Day!!!
