Starting a snowy NFL Sunday off right at 8 am
I wanna say this is a deep cut but itâs the the title track of great but little known album.
Like a lot of bands and musicians, I completely dislike what Roger stands for but I love the way he does it.
Donât think this needs any introduction.
Psycho bitch from hell had some good tunes.
Maynard James Keenan from Tool can write some lyrics man.
Donât be aroused by my confession
Unless you donât give a good goddamn about redemption
I know Christ is cominâ, and so am I
And you would too if this sexy devil caught your eye
Sheâll suck you dry
and still youâll cry, to be back in her bosom
To do it again
Sheâll make you weep
And moan and cry, to be back in her bosom
To do it again
'Til I go blind
(Pray) âCause nobody ever survives
Prayinâ to stay in your arms just until I can die a little longer
Saviors and saints, devils and heathens alike
Sheâll eat you alive
Jesus is risen, itâs no surprise
Even he would martyr his mama to ride to hell between those thighs
The pressure is building at the base of my spine
If I gotta sin to see her again then Iâm gonna lie, lie, lie
Sheâll make you cry
Iâll sellâŚ
Saw Sebastian Bach (lead singer of Skid Row) at a small club this summer during Bike Week at Weirs Beach here in NH (500,000 bikes and crazy hawt chicks everywhere). He still has the pipes and the personality man.
Interesting story about approaching musical greatness. I had a band in the late 90âs . I had written a double album but my voice wasnât what I had in mind. I wanted Sebastianâs epic level range. So I contacted his representatives and send him the lyrics and music. He was fascinated and called me a couple of times to talk about it. Our schedules never matched up so we didnât record it.
I ended up singing on the album and while it is really good it would have been far superior with Bach on the vocals.
A beautifully sad song by Maynardâs second band A Perfect Circle.
The love of my lifes dad had just committed suicide by hanging himself in his ex-wifes back yard when this came out.
I did my absolute best not to let her hear this.
Brilliant song though.
Just a fun song from Suicidal Tendencies.
âI wonder how much you had to pay to get your mom killed in such a bloody wayâ.
This really is a funny song.
A couple days late but happy birthday Joe.
Perfect summertime music on this snowy day.
Classic Kiss tune covered by Swedenâs brutal Entombed. Epic.
Yep.
Awesome song!!
Like most bass players, John Deacon doesnât get enough credit outside the bass-playing community.
