My Windows 10 search feature stopped working on my Lenovo ThinkPad that I purchased at Best Buy. I’m not tech savvy at all so I purchased Geek Squad technical support. Oh, I did Google for a fix and it looked way too complicated.

Started an online chat with them for remote support to fix the problem. Within about a half hour the tech, Ed, accessed my laptop and I was watching all the stuff he was doing. About 20 minutes later I had my search feature back and he cleaned up a bunch of other stuff.

it is a huge issue in 10, I had to shut it off to get my search back but that is time consuming. Glad they helped.
