We have a treadmill and a bit more. It broke one day and that is when I started walking outside. I have a row machine that I love but my illnesses aren’t fans , I miss it.

Well, not sure about that.
The exercise make feel mentally better. But also, it helps my fibro a bit after I’m done. So I do it for that. To lose weight would be awesome but I’m on a forever flatline with that.
I feel okay, thanks. I usually rest in the afternoon. I spend most of my time in a wheelchair and need to change my position.
Oh, ok. Well, hope it’s a good rest.
