I had a sandwich. Today so far
ham sandwich
3 little cheese things
nuts and raising

calories count about 870 calories

Trying to keep myself around 1,800 calories a day for a while… Wanting to drop some weight. We will see how I do. Last time I did this and kept myself at 1,800 calories a day for 6 months I lost around 16 pounds. Weekends are what will be tough because I like my whiskey on the weekends so that will add a lot more lol

I might get vodka and just have that with Fresca which is 0 calories and vodka doesn’t have as many calories as whiskey… There you guys are all caught up in my life now lol.

I’m doing good. Listened to about 10 minutes of local sports radio & that was all I could. It was pretty much fire everyone on the Browns. Relax people it’s a game. I’m mean I get a little upset & disappointed but I can let go just as fast. Plus Joolz bringing Miami Vice to the table today improved my mood greatly
