I spoke too soon. They said I used a credit and that the item is $8 less than what I’m saying it is. So I said so why did you take out this amount when you’re saying that I got charged less

I got worse. She said the item was this amount but I got a promotional deal so I paid this amount. I said but the amount you’re telling me and what’s listed on the website are two different prices and I have the label to send it but I want to make sure I’m going to get the right the right money back. I should have just exchange this stupid thing LOL
And of course I get out of chat wait a few minutes I’m doing something else get back into chat and I get the same person because of course
I’m not having it picked up by UPS because you got to be here at the right time that they’re here so I’m going to drop it off tomorrow. I just have to figure out what now to get my son.
I’m only upset cuz my son really doesn’t ask for anything. He never really wants birthday gifts because he’s just that kind of kid I found something he really wanted.

And I can’t understand the person talking to me on the phone the accent is very thick. So I disconnect and figured I’m going to exchange it. If I get a refund they keep on telling me I have to pay for the free shipping which means they’re not going to give me what they took out of my account but minus eight dollars even though according to their website anything over $25 is free shipping as a promotion. But you took out x amount of dollars out of my account you don’t want to give me the full amount back.
I almost didn’t open up the box but I want to see what it looks like cuz I thought it was pretty thank goodness I did
I’m trying not to get upset I’m not trying to rant here I’m really not. But I’m just what the hell just happened kind of moment and that maybe if they had put some packaging in the box maybe it would not have shifted and then maybe it would not have broken and then he would have got his gift on time
I’m exhausted. I’ve never had a problem with this company as far as returning things this person doesn’t know what they’re talking about
