You are doing good, Joolz. Lately if I make it to 9 pm it is time to celebrate. I am falling asleep earlier now but I do get up early. But that was not an issue before.

It’s complicated. I take a ton of medication before I sleep and it knocks me out. I have to stick to certain schedule because of my disability.
