So, it appears there’s a project in the making to move Patriots Planet to a new site. What about using this site? Inquiring minds want to know.

Hi Joolz,

I posted a reply there. This site is not OFF the table, but one of several options. Either way, I plan to keep this going as it is.

To add to this with the way things are going…

I may be able to create more synergy between the sites with a new front page posting articles on PP. It may not get many more of the existing members, but it may help to drive new traffic here, especially the more non-patriots content.

I was going to do a password reset at the planet after the board update, but I don’t see an option for that anywhere on the new site.

Any advice?

You should see something now, but not quite there yet.

Doing the next to last thing now. Rebuilding the search index. Important thing to do, but it takes awhile with 2.6 million posts. After that is a quicker backup of the database, and then OPEN.
