I made beef enchiladas yesterday , four for everyone. Everyone of course wants it different.

Son wants cheese and meat, hubby wants meat, green peppers, onions, but no cheese and I the reasonable one likes all of that. What a mess but got it down. I will be eating those for lunch soon.
