Chicken breast for lunch. Was good

I won’t be around much tomorrow through to Monday
I am getting a couple procedures done on my back cortisone shot but also doing some laser therapy and then physio so I’ll be busy and won’t be on my phone much as I’ll be just trying to relax in the evening. and then Saturday I’ll be very sore so probably laying in bed
Suppose to go to monster trucks with ayden and Leah Saturday but if im too sore , my mom is going with them
Sunday we are going to Leah’s parents for the day for a disc trial (if im feeling good enough)
If im not around on the weekend I’ll be back Monday!
