Was at the grocery store this morning and they had a bunch of big pretty jalapenos for 99 cents a pound. So I picked up a couple of pounds and sliced, cooked and jarred them up. Super easy.

I love jalapenos… but they don’t love me lol. My stomach does not do good things after I eat them.

Not just the stomach. Often times they, um, exit hotter than when they went in.

Years ago I had a jalapeno eating contest with my friend and the next day we were both in the bathroom for hours. Never a problem since. I think I burned all the nerve endings.
