How come he canāt do it Joolz? Maybe he can recommend someone like Muse saidā¦ That is pretty shitty of him to duck out and leave you with no answersā¦ He should at least be able to recommend someone that can do it if he canāt.

Yes, he will recommend someone and Iām working with a local realtor for her advice. Sheās the realtor who had the rental renovated that I was going to stay in while the work was being done.
