I agree. The last time I called I almost broke Tyler’s record but came shy by five minutes, it was 1 hour and 55 min.

I won’t rant, Tyler is not here to enjoy it. After an hour and 15 min I get a person only to say no you need to call this number and by the way since I was on hold so long they are closed until 12:30.
Lesson learn, do not retire or become disabled in NC. Just keep working until you die.
