They turned off my service and were not suppose to. We are caught up on our bill.
I called them this morning, a ticket will be put in, four hourrs max. She did what she should try, nothing works
Okay I say since I donāt have much say and it wll be fix soon.
But not before I am asked if I want to have a better phone.
I say no. The phone I have is pretty damn awesome but I say no, thank you.
Four hours come and go
Five hours come and go
Six hours come and I am thinking, what the hell?
I call back.
The ticket was never put in.
I am asked if I owe. Not being mean and saying you have my file open, I say we are caught up.
I am asked maybe your phone is not compatible.
Ah, two years and running with my present phone so, no.
Do you have 3G? we went up to 5G says the lady.
We have 5G I tell her. I said I am waiting on two doctors to call me. This needs to be fixed for AT&T was the one who turned my service off.
She sends me to tech- I think, YES!!
I get to the tech guy who is a damn hoot so that was nice. He took care of it in under 10 mins.

Next time I will just ask to be sent to tech.
Now I need to call my doctors to make sure I didnāt miss anything.
I am sure it didnāt help that my husband called their phones a piece of crap
We never buy our phones from our mobile provider, cutting the middle man out and paying less.

My mom is in a home I was worried I might miss a call from them plus my doctors.
Plus, the longer I get the calls from the doctor the longer my appt in the future will be.
I use to be with Sprint and this is why I left.
One year my phone lost connection and it would not turn on. Sprint could not figure it out.
We are going back and forth, nothing.
I marched to the main office and when it was my turn I explain
I am getting nowhere.
I said loudly, " We have been paying for a service that you guys can or wonāt fix but you have no problem taking our money."
They donāt like me talking loudly.

We go back and forth.
They fix it ONLY cause I am not leaving until it is fixed.
It turns out an account above my name was defaulted so the data entry person flagged it. Except she went down one line and got me.

I asked them for money while it was not working they wonāt do it.

Manager comes around to talk to me.
I ignore him and keep walking

I walked out.
I drove down one mile and went to AT&T
This is not my finest moment I have done better take downs than this that involved my wedding ring and Montgomery Awards

At one shop I asked to talk to the manager and the lady said he just went to lunch. I asked what time would he be back.
I was than told I could look around while I wait.
I grabbed a bar stool that was nearby I sat at the counter and told her I would wait right here.
That is when my family abandoned me.

They damaged my wedding and engagement ring. I asked them for a cleaning and they lost the diamond. There was no way in hell I was going anywhere until I talked to that manager.
