Muse!!! You’re back, how was your nap?
For years, I have had back problems… It got a lot better after Physio last year, but last night it was extremely sore for no reason… I think I did some splits and I shouldn’t have. i think I am just getting a bit too old for those deep stretches and yet I do them anyway and then I am in pain the next day lol. But today I feel ok.
