Proud of my boys this week. It’s been Florida-hot here and they’ve gone to the gym every morning at 8AM. One had 3 baseball games (5 hits in those 3 games, btw), the other had a mandatory 3-hour evening football camp (full pads, WR/DB so lots of running) and they’ve crushed it. They have the evening off so thinking about taking them out for a proper steak.
