We managed to go to Applebees with the kids tonight for our Anniversary supper. The kids
actually behaved and the food was good

I already have toilet flushing issues and now there’s water on the bathroom floor. Possible leak in the copper radiator pipe. Waiting for PCA to assess at 5:00.
