I’m excited and scared at the same time. One could argue Seattle is the best team in the NFC. They might kill rivers on the first snap

BUT!!! Rivers is extremely smart. The game plan should be small yardage and sustain long drives and control the clock. Run it with JT on first down, second down just go for 5 or 6 yard throws. Don’t need to do anything fancy , or go deep or anything. 5 yard plays. And rivers thrives in that. Give him a bit of time, let him get the ball out fast and control the clock

I’m not expecting a win against Seattle, but he might be able to beat Niners, Jags at home and maybe Texans on the road

I will take rivers over Leonard. Call me crazy, but Rivers might be able to win a couple games for us. It’s a long shot though, and I’m not expecting much, but you just never know.

That or rivers gets injured on the first play of the game and Tyler Warren has to QB lmao
