You know the funny this is… probably just one because I will over eat, but that is it. The nights I do many trips to the bathroom is when I eat spicy food. I had a spicy sub the other day and I was in the bathroom like 6 times lol… But just from over eating I will likely just have one big old number 2 and be good.
Sorry for the TMI, but I just wanted to clear the air there.
