Good morning. my family online.
I have an 11 am appt with doctor for shoulders, neck and back. Crossed fingers. I thought for sure the urgent care clinic I go to when my other doctors have no close appts would have one sooner. But I’d have to wait until 6:30 pm. Shocked but happy GP has one at 11.

I’m at work currently, I will answer tha tquestions when I am off in about 6 hours… Not a bad day though so far, not too busy or anything but I just would rather be laying in bed right now as it’s kind of cold outside and I would rather be inside and warm.

Well, now have new med for 10 days, use my ten units which I keep forgetting l I own, new excerises and see how it goes. Dont have new meds yet, waiting for it. But keep what I been doing which should have worked.

We are getting lucky. Usually have snow by now but nothing so far and forecast says nothing for the next three weeks at least. Halloween should be good and decent to take Ayden out.
