hi guys i am locked out of my account at p.p. i tried sending a message in “contact us” a few days ago but haven’t received a reply. i was trying to update my email but it is not sending a notification to the new email to activate. would someone contact UT for me please?
i can’t figure out how to start a new topic on here ,so i thought i’d use this one since we are all still worried about Jack and i can’t answer my pms on him. i still haven’t heard from him.

Well almost an hour later and the birdies are done. It is always a relief when that is done. LOL
The hurricane is about to hit or has hit our coast. A lot of rain and win yesterday and today. This has been a busy hurricane season.

@HSanders UT has written me back and this is what he wrote:
Damn it. Something weird going on with my email since I got a new phone. Not getting them right now.
I went into her account to try to force it to send a pw reset to the address on file. If she doesn’t get it, can you please ask her to confirm the email address (and anything else that confirms it is her) and I can set a new temp password.

that email of record @msn does not work anymore so that’s why i wanted to update it. the new email is the same first part but @gmail.com instead. date of birth is april 29 if that helps confirm. not sure if UT needs something in addition to that.
