9 years old so he isnā€™t too old. So hopefully nothing serious, but he isnā€™t eating which is super concerning. And obviously puking blood is not good

Blitz done. They do t think anything serious. Just have to keep an eye on it. Just an infection they think. X ray and blood work showed nothing
