Me and Leah are dropping weight like crazy. In the next couple months we e will post progress photos. Iā€™m staying at 1,800 calories a day and she is at 1,200. Both been doing awesome

I keep myself at 500 calories through the day and then a bigger supper and no snacking

Then Friday is cheat night where I can have a few drinks. But yes. Kind of cool !
