Not even an hour in the Raleigh parade a child was ran over by a truck pulling a float. They stipped it but child didn’t make it. :disappointed_relieved: It was an accident but charges are forming due to death

His breaks failed, slight hill going down, he was honking and yelling out his window but there was so much noise and music, the float were filled with dancers on and off. They didn’t hear him.
