THIS, 
I go out for grocery, doctor appts majority of the time and stay home the rest. I see my friend , Vicki, every two weeks. I need to try to do weekly, shes good for my soul. That’s it.

Work is crazy today. Ugh. Can’t wait to be off. Straight to disc after work. Won’t be home till late 
Hopefully it cools down for you muse. Those temperatures are insane.
