Steak and cheese is awesome.
What I call chilli mac is this. It is macaroni, sauce, hamburger, cheese, lots of cheese and if it is just made for me, which is like never, I would add some sausage, garlic and more seasons.

I used to get a steak, mushroom and provolone sub from D’Angelo’s years ago. It was amazing. I’ll have to Google because I’m not sure they are still around.
